We want every Newtown Hair and Cosmetics order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Because many hair, beauty and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, returns must meet the conditions below.
Return eligibility
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described. Please include your order number and clear photos where relevant.
Hygiene-sensitive products
Opened, used, unsealed or tampered cosmetics, hair products, wigs, extensions, skincare and personal-care items cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, including PayPal where PayPal was used. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Cancellations
If your order has not been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, it must follow the normal return process.
